Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property, and the property is located near a body of water. We have submitted a complaint to the building management because a neighbor was smoking and on a few occasions guests noticed. Starter supplies may be provided, but guests may need to purchase additional items for longer stays. This is a beach condo, so guests should expect typical coastal living conditions such as sand, salt air, occasional humidity, and seasonal beach activity. Translation: the ocean is gorgeous, but it does bring its own little personality.
